You can permanently delete your Stirvia account and the personal data
associated with it. There are two ways to do this.
1. Delete from within the app (recommended)
Open the Stirvia app and log in.
Tap the Profile tab.
Tap Edit Profile.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion. You will be signed out immediately.
2. Request deletion by email
If you no longer have access to the app or you have already uninstalled
it, send a deletion request from the email address associated with your
account to
support@stirvia.com. We will verify ownership of the account and process the request within
a reasonable time.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, the following personal data is permanently
removed or anonymised:
Your email address, display name, profile photo, bio, and gender are
removed from your profile.
You are signed out of all devices and prevented from logging in to the
deleted account.
What is retained, and why. Some content you contributed
to shared activity (such as games you hosted or joined, and messages you
sent in game chats) is retained in anonymised form. This is
necessary so that other participants’ records of those games and
chats remain intact. Routine backups are purged on a rolling schedule.
