These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Stirvia mobile application (the “App”) provided by Stirvia (“Stirvia”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Stirvia is a platform that helps players find and organise sports games. Games are created and hosted by users, not by Stirvia. We do not organise, supervise, or guarantee any game, venue, or interaction. You are solely responsible for your conduct and safety when meeting others or participating in any activity arranged through the App. You participate in physical activities at your own risk.
You retain ownership of content you submit (such as your profile photo, bio, and messages). You grant Stirvia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display that content as necessary to operate the App. You are responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the right to share it.
You may delete your account at any time in the App (Profile → Edit Profile → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stirvia and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the App, including any injury or loss arising from games or interactions arranged through the App.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
